Company Details
Lundin Gold Inc. is a Canadian-based mining enterprise, headquartered in Vancouver and established in 1986. The company's principal operations and asset portfolio are situated in Southeast Ecuador. There, it possesses rights to 27 metallic mineral concessions and three construction material concessions, encompassing approximately 64,270 hectares. Its flagship asset is the Fruta del Norte gold project, comprising seven concessions totaling about 5,566 hectares, located near the city of Loja in Ecuador. Historically, the company operated as Fortress Minerals Corp. before adopting its current name, Lundin Gold Inc., in December 2014.
